This is a really sweet and gorgeous dress from Rampage. It is made of a soft, flowy chiffon in layers, with a brown attached slip on the skirt under layer. It features many cute details like surplice bust, adjustable straps, ruffled neckline, slightly padded cups, and cross over tie in back. Side zip. **THERE IS A FLAW AT THE HEMLINE IN FRONT (see last photo). The stitching has come apart from the hem. If you are willing to put some repair into it, you will have a gorgeous FREE dress! Size Tag size 3 or XS-S.

Measurements: 15.5" under bust, 30" in length from bottom of v-neck to longest point in hem.
