I do not have a charger for it but i did just use this phone recently until i got my iphone i can assure you it does work.i would not sell something that does not work & if i did i would have put it in the description.

not sure if it can be pre paid or not never tried. but i am assuming it can be with AT&T go phone as long as it has a SIM card

Yes it does accept sd card an can use prepaid I have one just like it.

the body & screen has very little scratches,not enough to ruin the ability of the phone.
