EUC ~ no stains nor rips . Blue/green in color . Very pretty lace overlay , built in slip which provides the dress with a slight poof so it doesn't lay flat . Bought for a wedding worn about 2 hrs and then washed hung up and forgotten !! It has loops for a belt , but I don't remember a belt coming with it , guess you could add your own or just leave it .
