Loved this so had to bid on it. Just way to big for me. I just hadn't realized how much smaller I am now. It has tie strings to go around the neck and a pretty silver medallion at the center of the chest. Elastic is very forgiving under the chest. Has a 14 1/2" slit on both sides for leg room. Hope someone can use this dress as it is a beautiful one and perfect for walks on the beach or out shopping with the girls. Colors are beautiful for summer.
