Loved this just to big for me. I just hadn't realized how much smaller I am now. Elastic is very forgiving at the waist. Fully Lined. Has a real wonderful feel to the flowing fabric. Hope someone can use this Skirt as it is a beautiful one and perfect to Dress up or would look great with a white T and sandals as well. Colors are beautiful for summer. You'll feel like a princess in this Skirt. My loss your Gain.
