it is a fairy light but it's not an antique.they are still being made today and unless it has a makers mark it is very hard to document the age.but they are swell to have and light up.

I looked it up and this an amber fairy lamp,hard to tell you exactly what year it was made,but I know I've had it for years & my uncle had it years before that...I hope that helps...thanks for all the info:))

I have this same lamp. I have had mine for 35+ years. It is called a 'fairy lamp'
Mine came from a Princess House Party. I am sure they have not made this lamp for many years. I would certainly called it Vintage.
