The listing, New Rhinestone Nylon Collar for Small Dog has ended.

This is a brand new black nylon collar for a small dog. It was too small for our furbaby--a 15-pound Shih Tzu. My husband had already cut the card, so I couldn't take it back.

The buckle and leash clip are thick metal, not the cheap plastic ones. It measures 10" from the buckle to the tip, and is 1/2" wide. There are four holes, so it can be adjusted from about 7" to about 8 3/4"
