This sterling silver heart pendant that has a thin sheet that looks like mother of pearl. The sheet hangs on the inside of the pendant which has the phrase "Sister & Friend" etched in the pendant. You really cannot see the deep grey, purplish, silver tones on the plate in the photo. The pendant comes with a 16 inch sterling silver necklace that has an 2 inch extender to make it longer.
