This is a 36 inch snake chain that I picked on a few months back. It's a gorgeous chain, it is marked .925 on the clasp, but as far as I can tell it's not actually silver. I bought several of them in a bulk lot and tested one piece, it appears to be brass, plated with some other silver-like metal.Like I said , it is brand new, and gorgeous. Makes a great gift. I have about 10 of these left I guess. It would be great to pick up for flea marketing or for a yard sale or something. I just can't sell them in good conscience knowing that they aren't silver but are marked as if they are.
