Yes it is the perfect age! One of my grown grandsons started at age 7 and still has every stamp in perfect condition. I start them out with the starter kit from the post office. I have to admit I do check over the stamps in case there is one or two I might need, lol!! I have been collecting for about 40 years so there aren't many old ones I need:) Thank you so much for your great auctions. They really are appreciated:)
