The shipping is $ 5.50.Yes I guess you could classify it as a computer.If you research it you could find out much more than I can explain.I do know it's used to translate Viet to english.I see it supports viedo and mp3.Also photos and a picture dictionary.It's pretty cool,I tried to buy accessories for it but didn't have much luck.

oh yes it's rather small 51/2 inches long 31/2 inches wide.and 1/2 inch thick.I know looks can be deceiving.
