This is a really nice Green Awareness Pin. For us, it stands for Organ Donation/Kidney Disease as we got lots of these to give out when my son was in need of a kidney transplant. They are on a card that is in a sealed cellophane bag, which is why my scan isn't very clear.

This is the darker green ribbon. The green ribbon shows support for the research of childhood depression, research for kidney cancer, for saving our environment and for organ/tissue donors. I'm sure there are probably even more causes that the green ribbon stands for.
