Baby Rubber Plant Variegata (Peperomia obtusifolia)
These tropical plants generally have thick stems and fleshy, variegated leaves. Flowers are yellow or brown cone-shapes spikes.
This plant does well in moderate or low light. I let it dry out completely then I thoroughly water it. To encourage it to branch out, take stem cuttings above one of the leaf nodes, allow the end to callous over and either plant it in moist soil or let it root in water prior to planting. I have just always put it right into the dirt and have had no issues.
