Size 9-10 (that's what it says on the package, I have not tried them on or taken them out of the package)

No need to apologize. These are just comfy little booties you can carry in your purse for when your feet are tired. The packaging mentions heels because most heels are....so uncomfortable! These have tread on the bottom so they'd be great at a wedding or celebration where you know the heels are gonna come off but you still want safe comfy feet that won't slip :)
