Gold tone ladies watch with crystal stones all the way around the face and on the ends that connect to the linked band. This watch is in immaculate condition- but it does need a new battery. I took scans of the front and back and as you can see there are no scratches or scuffs on the back and in fact the back still has the factory clear plastic on it There's a symbol above the words but I can't tell exactly what it is- and this same symbol is stamped into the clasp.

I couldn't get a very good picture with my camera so I used my scanner- unfortunately, the scanner makes the face look blurry and it doesn't show just how lovely the gold tone is or the sparkling stones around the face.AND even though I cleaned the scanner before using it appears to have some marks that showed through to the pic-- sorry bout that peeps :O)
