Medical equipment at its best! This is a Littman Classic II S.E. MEMBRANE INTACT AND JUST REPLACED. As a matter of fact all you have to do is ask any friend who is in pre med, nursing EMT-Paramedic this is one of the best stethoscope s there is. I'm not in the business anymore (Paramedic) and HATE to not see it being used anymore. Get it for yourself or get is as a gift!

Good luck! It still works like a charm. I wouldn't have traded it for the world. Even with all the noise in the back of the truck, I could still hear respiratory sounds and BP. I wish you luck!

Thanks..yes they are great..I used one when working in a nursing home and again when I worked detox..incredible clarity.

I agree. That's why I hate to let it go but I hate to let it sit doing nothing. Better to pass it off to another generation in hopes they appreciate it!

You might but it's a lot easier and clearer with a Doppler like they use at your obstetricians office.
