Because it comps up with a cooling system error and the fan tries to run then stops repeatedly until it shuts itself down from overheating

I can't afford it right now, but toshiba sells the fan for about $58 and has a very clear video showing how to replace it. Just do a search for the model + repair. Good Luck!!
