Questions & Comments
Hey babe! I know it's late in the auction- but could You possibly measure the part where it velcros? (Would be around the ribs, correct? )
My babygirl is too tiny for LARGE. And the last med I won from u-well remember it was just a inch off of being able to close. But that was no big deal- lol i just added some Velcro and creativity and it fits perfect!! Lol
But i love this dress as well! And would like to know if it would even fit her. I think the winter months made her gain weight. Lol since she goes to the park less and walks less during those cold snowy winter months. :) summers coming though!! Woo boo!
Hi Hon! Glad to see you! The girth on the dress is 17". I have the exact same problem with my Shih Tzu, Lola. She's my little chunky monkey. She always picks up some winter weight. But spring is here now, so I'll have to get her out for more runs. Take care!
I should add- a 17" girth on a size Medium is the industry standard. Most mediums are made to fit a dog with a waist size of 16-18", so you may always have this problem, Shelli. You may have better luck with poly stretch knit-type dresses, like LuLu Pink brand. The fabric has a lot more "give, and usually has elastic instead of velcro.
