The shipping fee *must* be PayPal'd to me *before* I will ship the item to you. Shipping fees *must* be paid within 7 days of the auctions end or I will relist the item and keep the credits.

If you attempt to file a claim against me with PayPal to get the shipping fees back after you received the item (as someone actually did) I will block you from my auctions and it won't work anyway because PayPal knows a fraudulent claim from a legit one.
