This LP is in excellent condition! My grandfather was an avid collector and I recently inherited his collection. He was very protective of his LP's, to the point that he was the only one allowed to handle them :) It's an RCA Victor, but was actually manufactured by Belafonte Enterprises, Inc. for RCA. Copyright B.E.I. LPM/LSP-2574. Thee are no scrathces on album at all. Still has plastic over cover. No rips, tears, stains, etc. The songs are listed in above pics. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
