They are exact true to size. My feet are just too wide, and they are a skinnier width heel so it's uncomfortable to me for my foot to hang over also, The heel is 5".

Mmmm, if your foot is wider probably not, if you have like a long skinny foot, they would probably fit because the heel is so high but I don't think it would be comfortable honestly.

I would say yes, because since the heel is so high, I have a good amount of room from my heel to the back of my shoe because my foot pushes forward because of the arch. I would definitely say they could fit a shoe size 7 1/2.
