BNWOT, The Watch is Leather and it works, I have the stem pulled out, it will work once you set the time and push the stem in, the strap is 8 1/2 inches long with 2 snaps to choose from, when snapped on the 1st snap it will fit a 7 in wrist and will fit a 6 1/2 on 2nd snap. I have a 6 in wrist and it's too big for me so i am giving to someone that it will fit I just bought it 1 week ago it has that leather smell.The 1st picture is a pic from the site i bought it from the others were taken by me i wanted a clear pic of the face of the watch for clarity.
