The bottom has elastic so it's pretty stretchy. I'm XL and there's room enough for me to "expand". :)
I'll try to measure it when I get home.

Sorry for the late response.
The bottom elastic part when fully stretched out it's around 23" (19" not stretched) from seam to seam. The bust area is the same.
