$5.95 is the cheapest priority mail rate there is. It couldn't be any cheaper unless he sent it regular 1st class then no tracking and you may never see it.

Not true i just sent out a 1 kilo bar and 1st class wit tracking was only 5.85.

First class is priority up to 12 ounces then becomes priority flat rate at the higher rate
