Questions & Comments
this is a lens filter correct? what is the thread size, example, 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, etc... it will say on the side of the lens. thanks :)
Lens filters for cameras? Uhh yes.. all thoes DSLR cameras you see around and all the professional cameras can use a lens filter.... this one would fit my Sony a55 if only I didmt already have a UV filter
Well actually you dont have a vivitar filter you have a better quality one but seems to be just barely. I just realized it says promaster lol. Thats the brand, the case is an after market vivitar. A promaster is a Japanese aftermarket from the 80s-90s if I did my research correctly lol. Looks like they ebay for $5-8 used So not to bad . Got any others?or maybe an actual 55mm lens?
Yes, people still use this stuff, for sure, if you have any old film cameras or film or accessories for film cameras ( like lens hoods, filters, teleconverters, and most of all old film camera lenses.... all types of things). Lots of people still use film cameras, myself included. Would love to know if you have any more "stuff" like this to list. Not sure, if this will fit any of my camera's lenses yet, have to check. :)
