The listing, Mid Century ATOMIC KASIN RED SALT PEPPER SHAKER BALL POINT MOLDED VTG PLASTIC SPACE ROCKET has ended.

Pre-owned / Used Condition. Mid century atomic rocket shape Eames era pair of salt and pepper shakers.

They are clear with RED top & bottom

BOTH HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOTTOM PLUG which turns and locks in place.

The bottom says "BALL patented POINT - V.A. KASIN Molded Products - Los Angeles calif.
These are vintage 1950's era with scratches and signs of age and use. They are NOT mint condition and need cleaning. They are just as I acquired them from an Estate Sale, so they are "as is". Please ask if you have any questions.

Honestly can't tell you - exactly like I got them from an Estate Sale. I see pepper residue as the most prominent. Just going "as is"

I think the proper use of retro does not mean it is absolutely a reproduction. What it means is that the item "looks back" to another time, without necessarily using the same original components. Items can be both vintage or mid-century, and still be retro-especially if they were designed, let's say, to resemble a Victorian piece, but it was produced in 1960. It is still vintage, and retro, at the same time.
