rooftops of newyork city, guy falls in love with girl whose cousin is a drug dealer using the building to make a deal and to kick out all the kids and put them on the street. they have to fight to keep what little they have left. stylised visuals of gangsters, graffitti, latino life and poverty. good pacing, good action, decent story and acting, entertaining to watch.
