The listing, Wedding Set, size 7 has ended.

Up for your bidding pleasure is this gorgeous rose gold filled and cz wedding set. This particular set has 3 times the amount of gold than gold plated jewelry. The center stone of the engagement ring is surrounded by 6 small cz's while the band has a total of 11 small cz's. This ring is marked inside of the band 18kp. I understand that kp normally indicates plating, however, it was sold to me as gold filled with the explanation of the amount of gold on the ring making it gold filled. Bid accordingly. This ring is brand new with tags. It just arrived this afternoon(I had to sign for this one!) and I had to share! If you have any questions, please ask!

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. I have this ring in my possession. It is a real ring, not just a picture. Is it real gold? Is it real diamonds? Re read the description please, it is pretty clearly stated what this ring is. If you are going to bid then open a claim because they are not diamonds and it is not solid gold, because nowhere in the description does it say they are, then please pass on this one. Thanks!

The ring is gold filled. It is not plated and it is not solid. There is much more gold than a plated ring. It should not flake or peel off like plated jewelry. It is not solid gold either. There is real gold pressure bonded to the ring. Hope that helps answer your question.

Gold filled jewelry, unlike gold plated jewelry, is regulated. It must contain a certain amount of gold, and the process of getting it to stick to the ring is different than plated jewelry. Gold filled is much higher quality than plated. Unless you have an allergy to gold (it's rare, but some people do), it should not cause a rash or turn colors for a long period if time. Plated jewelry can cause this within days, if not hours on some people. Gold filled jewelry will last much much longer, anywhere from 5 to 30 years before the gold wears away. It should not flake and peel like plated jewelry, and is an excellent less expensive alternative to solid gold jewelry. Hope this helps.

It is my understanding that it will not unless you have an allergy to gold, however, I would recommend that you remove the rings prior to doing things like showering and washing dishes as this will make the layer of gold last much longer. The gold will eventually wear away because it is not a solid gold set, however, it will last much much longer than a gold plated ring will.
