Has a collar on it as well. And is footed for cozy little tootsies. You are fair warned that it is button up. And very irritating. The second piece is a white gerber onsie. And that's about all there is to it... It doesn't have any stains though. I honestly don't think my daughter ever wore it. The 3rd piece is my favorite of the 3. It's a nice medium cottoned Carter's cheetah print onsie. Has an adorable pink bow at the collar area. Would be great for fall/winter/spring/summer. So yes any time of the year.
