Is it brown or dark blue? The close up looks blue but the first pics look brown!!

I'm sorry that it's coming through as brown on your pictures. The background is definitely blue...kind of like a "darker jean blue". The Cs are a tan color. I will try to take some more pictures with better light today.

I don't believe there was a hangtag with it. My daughter received this from her aunt a couple years ago for her birthday and she doesn't really use it so that's why she said I could list it here. I have never known there to be a hangtag. If there was then it is not here now. I have several coach bags myself but most of them are larger. I Could be wrong but I did not think they put hangtags on the mini bags.
