This is a Precious Moments called Wishes and it is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. It is looking for someone to love it. Is that you? It is 4.5" tall and 3.5" wide and comes with a base that is 4" x 3.75". It sits on the base, but is not attached to the base.

Sorry to say, I do not. Someone gave it to my daughter and she gave it to me, so sadly it is gone.
