This is a brand new purse without tags. It was given to me to add with my collection but I know I'll never use it. I don't know who it's made by. There's no name on it anywhere. It's silver in color and is made of vinyl. Can be used with/without shoulder strap. It has a zipper pocket inside. It also has a lock after you close it.
