Black halter top, NWT. Straps tie behind neck for adjustability. Size M. The top has a center twist and I think the more well-endowed ladies might be a little overexposed in this ;). Does not have a shelf bra or other support. Stretchy sporty material, cotton/spandex, machine washable.

Is this a swim top?

I guess you could use it that way but I would vote no, it is not lined and it is not the typical spandex sort of swimsuit material so I think if it got wet it would suck up along your skin in a bumpy way instead of smooth like a swimsuit. ;) The material is more of a cottony type, and the thickness of it is kinda midway between a t shirt and a lightweight hoodie. It won't stretch so thin that it gets transparent, like an undershirt, but it isn't bulky thick either.
