A sterling silver bracelet with light blue gems (don't think they are real sapphire). It is used and loved but it tight on my wrist. It is marked as sterling (.925) and has claw clasp.

To be perfectly honest I don't have a clue. I've had this piece for YEARS but if it would be helpful I could take a closer pic of the stones tomorrow :-)
