This ring is Sz 5 14k electroplated I got this ring and the stones are not my style they don't look good to me but I hope someone out there likes this ring with these stones.

electroplated...what does that mean? will it tarnish if it wears off, will i turn green?

The primary application of electroplating deposits a layer of a metal having some desired property
onto a surface lacking that property. Another application uses electroplating to build up thickness on undersized parts.
Gold plated is like taking a layer of aluminum foil and putting it over an object. Often chipping.
