I don't know what kind of camera you have, but mine is a Kodak, and came with the program to edit, store, or do whatever to your pictures. I plug in my camera to the computer and it uploads the pictures, Then I pull up my Kodak account, and it has all the pictures from my camera together in "an album" with today's date on it. I don't know if other brands do this, too, but it's worth a shot. And you may be able to go online to customer support for the camera company and get someone to help you ......... from India lol
