The listing, CHILAQUILES ROJOS (Red Skillet “Enchiladas”) has ended.

Here U have my own version recipe for CHILAQUILES ROJOS, which are like enchiladas but made from homemade tortilla chips, cooked in a skillet instead of baking in the oven. If U love enchiladas, U will love this dish. It tastes just like enchiladas, but W/O all the hassle of making them with so many dishes that you have to wash later. This is all made in one skillet. It's very delicious! This is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I will send recipe within 2 days from end of auction thru Listia messages only, since it's the only way to prove it was sent & received, by both seller & winner.

I also have other delicious recipes listed, like my TAMALE MEATLOAF & BANANA CAKE, oh so delicious, both my family's favorites. I will also be listing other recipes, as soon as I make them & take photos, I will be listing them. Just so U know that I don't just copy & paste recipes off the internet like many do here, I actually make my own recipes, I take the time to type them up, take photos, upload them on my computer, and I have to keep buying batteries for my camera too. That's why I list them for higher credit amount than "normal".

Holy Guacamole, Orange County!!! Hello neighbor, I was born in Riverside, Ca, but I was raised in Imperial County, Lived in Slab City out in Niland,Ca. by the Salton Sea just North of The Cali/Meico border around, Mexicali and Calexico. :) Dang no wonder we became friends so quick. We both Cali gals. :) As for my other auctions I am taking photos now and will begin listing very soon. :) If you get a chance check out some of my sons auctions, he has some pretty cool stuff too but for some reason he don't get alot of traffic from his fans. Me, I grew up in Orange County so we passed thru to Mexico from San Diego/Chula vista side. My parents live at the moment in Ensenada! Oh, thanks for sharing also on Facebook!
