I am in the process of looking for the manual. Everything you see is included--there's stickers for the sides, different colors, a charger, the installation CD & the 'Getting started' guide. As far as I know it does everything that it should, it's been sitting in my electronics box for a long time-I'm charging it now to make sure it still turns on, as of right now it isn't turning on but the screen is illuminated, I do not know if it has to charge completely before it turns on or if it's just been sitting for so long it's dead. If it does turn on I will let everyone know. It also has a port for a USB hookup. I've had it for years & the orginal reason I didn't use it was because it required me to download MusicMatch or something like that & it just got to complicated for me. I have a 19 year old that sets my phone to do music now so I am passing this on to someone who knows about mp3 players.
