Measurement from the bottom of the floor is 44 inches in the measurement from the halter to the floor is 51 and a half inches. The measurement around 38 inches.

its 38" inches across laying flat at the bust or all around the body? I can never figure it out, ..If the under bust is anywhere near 19" measured laying flat across then I know it would fit.
