Juniors Forever brand dress. Is silky feeling and super comfortable. 92% polyester 8% spandex. It is black with white seed-shaped spots. Tag sizes it a small. I usually wear a medium myself and it fits me with some stretch-room to spare. Has what I guess you would call verticle pleats, which has a slimming effect. Black ribbon can be worn just beneath the bust (as shown in pic) or around the waist, making it a great dress for any body shape. I've only worn this a few times so it is in excellent shape. From the front top to bottom it measures approximately 39".
