Sorry dear, took me a fee days to find a measuring tape around this house. But from the top of the back down (near the tag) to the bottom is 32 inches. Hope that makes sense. If it doesn't let me know I could measure in a different place. Thanks for the question! Good luck if you decide to bid:-)

If I lie the dress down, I get 15 inches across the bust. I'm sorry not sure exactly how to measure bust. Any other way to do it?

no measuring laying flat is perfect! if you do the arm pit to armpit, across the top-(strap to strap) where the straps connect (chest width), just under the bust and length it will always be right, so your doing it right! Im 19" across arm pit to arm pit, so I know what can fit me or not, at least your thoughtful enough to do so! ive asked a lot of times and am surprised when people say they wont, its always upsetting to be told a size and receive it and it doesn't fit..id rather measure for my bidders. wow. this got long. LOL!!! anyway-you have lovley taste!!

Thanks for your advice and kind words. No I don't mind measuring at all, just wasn't sure I was doing it right! LOL

The most difficult was finding the measuring tape in my house, after a few days of searching it was found in the kitchen "junk drawer" :-)
