3. When there is a shipping charge, I accept PayPal only. I usually ship first class mail unless its over 13oz. or Unless the item is small enough for envelope with a stamp (eg. pokemon cards, stickers). Unfortunately the Post Office does not accept imaginary Listia credits haha lol
