how often can the exfoliating crystals be used ? some products say 1-2 times per week . do you use a cleanser 1st then this ? thanks watching & fanned

It is new and unused. You would cleanse first and then use the microdermabration. You shouldn't use it more than 2 times a week. If you use it more than that it will cause really dry skin and possible irratation. I will check the expiration date as soon as I get home from work and update the discription with it.
