How do you use it smoothie do you just cut it and grin it in there?

Hi, Wheat grass is very easy to use, you can eat it as is, chop it up and put it in foods, or you could juice it, if you are going to use it for smoothies then it depends on how you make them, if you juice the other Fruits & vegetables first then toss it in with them in the juicer, if you just toss them in a blender then you could try chopping it up and tossing it in with, I have never made a smoothie so I'm not quite sure how it is done, I wish I could help you more 8=)
