The listing, I phone 3 works great! has ended.

AT&T iPhone 3 gs 16gb. It is not unlocked at the moment, my son used it only as an iPod so no need to. As you can see in the pictures it is reset, linked with AT&T and has over 13gbs free which is normal after software for a 16gb phone. Case is included. Very minor scratches on back, one incredibly small scratch towards bottom of screen, the silver around the edges is scratched up quite a bit but the screen is good and flat and it does not affect play.

If you do GIN: I will add a brand new screen protector and the charging cord PLUS I will ship it free!

Yes it CAN be unlocked I just didn't bother because it was only used as an iPod. It does not come with a sim card
