some nes games save with a backup battery in the cart. the carts that have them have a gold colored back label (like dragon warrior ,zelda ,lempereur)

got my system fixed, it was just the power pk, it has a short in the wire were u plug it into the system in the back but working, guess who's playing nintendo again. LOL Cool

machanicalmadnes I want to let you know yes they do play. I put each tape in and had my husband them. Thank goodness we have our own, he just didn't want to stop so now we have the system out and playing. Oh it was my AC adapter that was bad, got another one. He's happy, now I can play Sky shark and Bubsy.
