The listing, its old but i have no idea what it is called has ended.

appx. 6 in by 4 in folding plastic case that is obviously vintage . it includes a ruler that is plastic coated and measurments are in grains, avoir oz., troy oz, and avoir lbs. stamped made in usa. it holds metal scissors, a very pointed long set of tweezers, two metal picks with wooden handles, a medicine dropper, and a scapel with a rubber cap to protect the blade. it folds close and has a snap closure. unique to say the least.

Hm, it looks to be some sort of doctor's tool collection or first aid kit. I think it's really kinda neat. How old do you think it is?
