Curious. You mention that it can be alternated to remind what side to feed on. What exactly is it that it shows? A symbol or number?

The bracelet merely says "babies (heart symbol) breast milk". The way I would recommend using it is pretty simple. what ever breast you started your feed on would be the wrist you'd put the bracelet on and then that way you'd know to start on the opposite side the next time.
