It is 91/4 in. high and 5in. wide I has 12 LED lights that last about 100,000 hrs.. It has a dimmer switch and a handle to carry it. Uses 4 D BATTERIES ( NOT INCLUDED ). I have these and they are awesome. Bought them in case of a Hurricane haven't had to use them for that yet(knock on wood)but the Grandkids love them...better than candles or flashlights
