Is it a true 2X? I am actually smaller than that, but I do not like things to be very fitted, so I could make this work and the funkiness of it fits me perfectly!! New fan and will be bidding so feel free to pay it forward!

I would say yes it's a true 2X. It is Cotton but I haven't washed it and with the elastic around the middle it was looser fitting. I would imagine it would stay that way. The funkiness is what drew me to it in the first place!!! Already your fan!! Good luck!
